The Book of James

James 1:14-15
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

James 1:19-20
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every many be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

James 1:27
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

James 4:7-0
Submit yourselfs therfore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh unto God and He will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double-minded.

James 4:10
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.

James 5:7-8
Be patient therefore, brethern, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
