Brownie Pudding
Batter:
1/2 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted shortening
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
Sugar Mixture:
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
Mix together the batter ingredients and pour into well-greased pan. Mix sugar mixture ingredients and sprinkle over the batter. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over sugar mixture and batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
