1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 T. cocoa
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda to 1 c. buttermilk
Melt margarine, oil, water, and cocoa together. Add rest of ingredients, and mix well. Pour on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Icing:
1 stick margarine
6 T. milk
4 T. cocoa
Stir and let come to a boil. Pour into mixture of 1 pound box confectioner's sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on warm cake.
