White Chocolate Fudge

1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
12 oz. white chocolate (chips or bark)
3/4 cup chopped pecans
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Melt white chocolate in microwave, making sure not to over cook, by cooking one minute at a time, then stirring. Add melted chocolate to mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into a butter-greased 8x8-inch pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Cut into small squares.
